These simple vegan recipes are flavorful crowd-pleasers. The menu includes broccoli and vegan cheddar cheese stuffed potato, rolled roasted eggplant stuffed with couscous and finished with a herb sauce, and a party favorite, a pulled jackfruit crescent ring! Join this small group class and let Chef Lindsay prepare these delicious recipes for you. Your job will be to sit back, learn, and enjoy the food. Face coverings will be required on campus and social distancing will be observed.
