Loads of folks out and about at White Water Draw Wildlife Area. Unfortunately, some forget (or don't know) about the American Birding Association Principles of Birding Ethics. A person's need to get "that great photo" does not outweigh the safety of the birds (and other wildlife). Principle 1 is to avoid stressing birds or exposing them to danger, exercise restraint and caution during observation, photography, sound recording, or filming. Have fun out there but have restraint.
